Apparently at least one Honda dealer is taking deposits on the S3000.

Apparently there's no link. Some dude in a parking lot this morning asked me what year my car was and proceeded to tell me that he put a deposit down at the dealer for an S3000. I was like, "Man, I'm pretty sure nothing's been confirmed. As far as I know, there's no successor that's going into production for sure." He then told me that the dealer wouldn't take deposits if it wasn't in production. I'm certain he was blowing smoke out of his ass, since it appeared he was in the parking lot to paint the yellow lines for the parking spaces. But hey, I've been wrong before.
