As best as I can gather, it depends on what kind of Zeta function you're discussing.

If you're trying to find some sort of grand generalization between zeta functions, Dirichlet series, and Weill, you may wanna ask someone else. . . or just settle for a Selberg class S, although I'm trouble by arriving at any set axiomatically myself.

 

It's not great for you, BUT:

1. If you're sucking down Central Valley air presently, the particulate in Marijuana smoke may be cleaner than the outside air.

2. It's better than secondhand smoke from cigarettes.

 

As best as I remember, it's not illegal in the state of CA BUT BUT BUT there are municipal and county codes governing it, so, good luck.

My advice, if you're rolling down here with WA plates, keep the front one handy to throw on the dash while you're parked.
