Unkie, I'm gonna be on percocets once this morphine wears off, but I need to up my fibre intake so I don't get all bunged up. Figured I'd come to you for food suggestions, besides the usual fruit, veggies, oatmeal, bran...

High-Fibre bread. . . I dig it. Also, adding a bag of popcorn to your snacking regimen would be a good idea.

Otherwise, get wacky with your vegetables, bell peppers are a favorite of mine. Given that you're on Morphine, then Percoset, you just may want to take fibre supplement. . .

. . . and invest in some TP.

How could I have forgotten about popcorn. I was thinking about a fibre supplement as well, but I'm also hoping I won't need the meds for more than a few days.

Will I break out of this unhealthy cycle in my life anytime soon? It's taking a major toll on me...

Take control of the things you truly have control over. I guarantee you, cycle will start stopping tomorrow. . .

. . . but it may not be finished for another year or so.

Never even thought of that. Haven't bought any seasoning since I ran out of my dill stuff from Kernels.
