I'm a filet guy myself.

That said, a teriyaki-marinated, or chimichurri-prepped flank steak is a joy.
Consider yourself served if you journey to Maine, we have a local meat market that has the absolute best filet mignon anywhere. Its not bad in price right now either 15.99 lb

Served, eh?

You'll have to beat the following:
Kobe - Kobe prefecture
Wagyu - Sanda
Wagyu-style: Coeur D' Alaine
Whole-grass-fed Braunvieh from Lucerne

The top 3 were never cooked.

The 4th was rare, and the waiter damn-near didn't serve us because my dad (paranoid hypochondriac) wanted his medium-well.

Look, not everyone gets an offer for free steaks. Take it or leave it if i were competing with the aforementioned i would open a steakhouse

When one states that one has been "served," that is to say, in the past tense, regarding services yet to be rendered, that often indicates that one has been given notice that their shit is weak.

This etymology coming from the legal end of business, e.g. "Consider yourself served (with a summons)."

If, on the other hand, you are extending a fine and open table, rather than trying to state that my taste in meat is sub-standard, I will of course be a good and gracious guest.

Let me further add that the '68 Hardys should be quite good. You may force me to mine K&L for a starter to that evening.

UnkieT, you think I could talk them down from $900 on the Six 6? I mean, its been sitting for two years. Even though it is already $500 off MSRP.

Or maybe I can work in a deal with some gear? What do you think? Have any experience with Go Ride Bikes?

Not gonna lie, I am a bit form over function, and the only thing luring me towards the Six 6 over the F95 is the carbon seat/chain stays. Other than that it's just "eh" to me

Trust me, your body will thank you later for more carbon.

I have ZERO experience with Go Ride Bikes; I shopped places because of sales after service.
Ah--like you said how you get 15% off for the first month, right?
