I have been getting this Custom Strategic thing popping up on my computer when I open it..... then it freezes up and the Force Quit doesn't work.

do I dare use that or will it just cause more issues?

However, DO follow the written instructions on that page VERY CAREFULLY.
1. Use your phone to access the webpage, so you have the written directions in front of you.
2. DO shut off the wi-fi to your computer if you can.
3. Read and follow the Step-by-Step instructions but DO NOT DOWNLOAD anything from that page.
4. Feel free to PM or text me to let me know how it goes.

GEEEEEEZ SCARE THE $HIEEEET OUTTA ME WHY DONTCHA 
SO when it was popping up & then the screen freezes ( as in I am unable to move the mouse arrow ) I was just turning OFF the computer then re starting it. I was a few times able to do the FORCE QUIT option after.
I will prolly callz ya soon or yeah text to have you help me
& not today apparently
