Fair. I think a lot of people are struggling with the isolation - pretty soon they’re going to start disobeying the orders if this goes on for much longer.

 

prolly the Mini which is in the garage so the neighbors won't note the RAM gone from the driveway

J / K bout the neighbors and ACTUALLY I think THEY are the problem
so as most of you who have given me the honor of having you in my home know that the FRONT window is my living room ( mom's room )
not only do I use to to relax with a glass of but I do look out that window periodically in the day, evening.

I have 2 neighbors that don't seem to G A F and are leaving a LOT one has 3 kids that are eating him out of H & H so yeah he does the Costco run, & occasionally takes them all out for I think a ride.
The other one down the street is prolly late 30's ish early 40 maybe & HE seems to think he's invincible
constantly in & out < not the burgers
PISSED me off when he walked RIGHT up to C-6 one day as he was on our Driveway way up by the garage sanding an Amp
no mask either. He tells me " oh I'm young & healthy & I think I had it months ago so I'm safe "

I guess maybe I'm just jealous seeing them out n about
but yeah I will NOT be getting within 10 feet of them right now

 

Hey Mom your like me I always say I'm like mrs kravitz (from bewitched not related to lenny) I look out my window and watch what few neighbors I have. Only thing I need is a rockin' chair i got an afghan to drape over it when i get it.

 

well I'd HATE 2 think this thing has turned me into Mrs. Kravitz ( and of course I remember her ) but yeah I have found myself saying to C-6 there goes Mike again

Hey Unkie there’s a ‘66 S600 for sale locally. Should I buy it?? Asking $5k so there’s lots of work to be done...and realistically I couldn’t do much.

 

It's a bad idea. . . but it could be well-executed by you.

If you want it ready for a Concours, I'd just skip it.
If you want to drive it: make sure you know your local machine shop.

 

Talked myself off the ledge I don’t want something restored but also having my mechanic/machinist/tool and die maker dad here would make it so much more feasible. Was fun to think about though I hope someone is able to do something with it!!
