That was one of a series of 16 images, each shot at 1/8,000 second, shot over four seconds, beginning two seconds before the predicted transit time.

you saw the other one? you can see hubble in it as well i think

I can't tell if that's Hubble or a sunspot, but it was shot "several minutes before Hubble grapple," which would put the two objects very close, allowing for close up manuvering into position.

BTW, my scope has hugely better resolution than that 130 mm short refractor. I saw images of the Space Shuttle docked with the International Space Station shot with a Meade 8" LX200 like my scope. It resolved detail like the Shuttle cargo bay doors.
