Miramonte was just before that.
We originally leased it from an attorney and his wife, empty nesters, who lived in a small unit in the building. Then they divorced and it was acquired by a Phillipino accountant who also lived there with his young family. There were hordes of rug rats scampering around. We were in constant fear of running over them.
They cooked these lunch meals. The smells made us gag.
So we moved out and moved in on Walnut. You know the rest.
