I placed an order with them 3 days ago to be delivered yesterday & it has NOT!!!

the phone person wanted to re order for a 5 days from now delivery & 50% refund

NO I said that is not acceptable

I'll letcha know how long it takes to get confirmation on the delivery.

FTD hosed me good on Valentine's Day. I had to call them Saturday after. I did get my money back after I spoke to a customer service rep overseas....

 

I thought CarlyAnne's had closed up shop

I just RE-CALLED as they never did call back

again a new phone operator wants to re order for 5 days from now & a partial refund.

Yeah I ordered them for the office and said it was a business. I got an email saying the they delivered @ 9:40pm central. so I got in the 4Runner & drove over to work (oh & I'm sick btw when this is going on) and let myself in the bldg, checked with the night guard... yeah no. I came into work Saturday @ 7:30am hoping they might just show up... by 9:00am I said **** it and called them to get my money back... I was like I am @ the destination now and they're not here... bastids.

 

I'm on the Mom train - I didn't know this was still a thing also I have no ph# for you only facebook / instagram
