I see people driving around with expired tags (including out of state) more often than I'd like to

doesn't seem to stop them...

I also saw a vanity plate on a newer black BMW 3 series that read, " SATAN "

guess that answers that question...

I wonder which is more likely to get you in trouble... having legitimate but expired out of state tags... or illegitimate up-to-date WA tags.
