please submit your request in quadruplicate to the semi-official committee for reconvening of committees so that the appropriate forms may be requested from the department of sub-committees so that you may fill out the forms to be submitted requisitioning the reconvening of said sub-committee to the department of sub-committees so that they may review your request to file a request for the reconvening of the PWA sub committee.

please allow 6 to 8 weeks for denial of request at which time you will be summoned before the sub-committee to be charged with lack of redundancy which carries a heavy fine of one night of heavy drinking and two days of recovery before you feel fully human again, after which time the sub-committee will convene to laugh at you while themselves proceeding to get focking drunk.
