I can honestly still remember being like 9 years old and watching the first Air Jordan commercial. The basketball rolls across the playground, hits MJ's AirJordan's and he kicks it up to his hand. Then the jet engines roar in the background and he starts to dribble toward the basket for the slam. Man, I stood there speechless, and when I finally could speak, all I said was "Mommy, I want those, please!"

Jeff, no I don't think I have ever talked with cloudnine. I am a huge Air Jordan fan and have an entire bedroom decorated in MJ memorabilia!! To me, he is the greatest athlete to ever live!

another paper champion. Well except MJ's tarheels beat them in the NCAA national championship. In fact, MJ as a freshman hit a 17 foot jumper with a few seconds left to seal that game!!

Then MJ's bulls went on to elimate them each and every year in the Eastern Conference finals!!

<-------------------- Not a Ewing or Barkley fan as players.

Although, I think Charles is a great commentator and analyst for basketball. He grew up quite a bit in the later years of his career and is a good guy. Funny and a good personality. He also thinks the young NBA players of today are Punks

I kinda remember Charles Smith going up under the boards and getting hacked and beat down with no foul oh no wait I mean blocked by like 5 bulls.

Ewing was a great player -- the knicks never supplied him with the talent to win.
