robb, mine has been super gay as of late. but it hasnt crashed yet... :knock no wood:

george, price has nothing to do with it. we were discussing the nsx's power. even for a 12-year-old car that's underpowered, it can hold its own against the likes of z06, Turbo, M3, C4...

true. I think honda has given it the power it "needs" but all you "need" is rice to live, and that's not "exotic", not even "super"

its about the balance.

as much fun as it is to spin the tires at 100mph (its also damn scary), who the hell really needs 750hp?

other than hustling the ricers for $100s of dollars, its good for nothing. almost got me killed a few times.

dare i venture to say the <200hp miata is a better sports car than the 500hp 575m?

yup, i just did.

if you just look at the 'sports' part of it, the miata really is. the 575m is too sluggish, big, overweight, numb, etc. to be a sports car. i'm sure it'll trounce the miata on all but the tightest of tracks, but the 575m is not as sporting.

does that mean i'd take a miata over a 575m? no.

well, yes, because we dont need another 575m

I have no idea if this thread is still on topic, but I like the C6. Have to compare it to the new Caddy CTS-V!

I thought what they did with the caddy was cool, but the C6 wins me over hands down (my pants)

Agreed, actually, wick. And, if I were going for a Caddy, as cool as the CTS-V is, I'd be after the XLR.

The Vette is sweet. I'm not a Vette guy, but if I were I'd be creamin' my jeans.

I still think with 350 HP with the balance it has now will make the NSX an awesome car
