you have an R/C car. you can stub your toes sometimes

also, the exhaust/heatsink can burn your fingertips if you're careless

not quite the same, but equally painful r/c incident:

my serpent vector w/picco p21ksr once went out of range (crappy receiver) and crashed into a curb at ~60mph

totally demolished but i salvaged some suspension pieces, the engine and a pair of wheels.

it ended up all the way down the street (good 1/4 mile) in a very scared old mans garage...
