Thanks, Wicky, I always used to think that steak had to be served with french fries or jacket potato, then I tried it with garlic mash and have never looked back

In fact I usually refer to the them as jacket spuds, but I thought that might be a little confusing for some, especially if I had called the french fried "chips" as would be normal for us as well ....
