I love VicFirths site! Lots of goodies and videos. But then again I am biased since I use the Buddy Rich Signature sticks

and the ratamacue is way to easy, but I guess it serves a purpose?

Yeah - it helps (IMHO) get your goofy hand to cue into your strong hand; esp. on late off-beats (like when you have to accent the fourth sixteenth in a beat)
