It's an outdoor venue (and has seating inside the pavilion)
In the summertime, it is the home to the Cleveland Orchestra. The accoustics are really good considering it's an outdoor venue.
I've seen a few bands perform there in the past.. (Dave Matthews, Maroon5, John Mayer....and of course, Lollapalooza(s), End-Fest, etc..
