That happens in England as well ..... I was at a concert where Sade played .... she was drowned out in one of her songs with a chorus of "Get your tits out for the boys !!!!!"

 

I was at Indy on the Goldcoast late last year and during the race a few girls in the high rise buildings decided to walk around topless. Every bloke with binoculars or a zoom camera gathered around the building begging for more for hours, I don't think anyone had a clue what was happening on the track.
