RB the temporary interim Apartment is in Murrietta
The NEW House is in Menifee
No pics cause its not built yet
hopeful it will be complete in July 
Priority's were 1. A one level
2. New Construction as we've owned 6 Homes and all but 1 was New Construction ( That Home ) ended up being a mistake.
As for the city well we started out considering even AZ & Nevada but I felt having one
only 1 1/2 hrs away is nice as we hang out often.3 + Builders were in the mix but we ended up going with the one who built the Beaumont House we like them.

last night was our 1st night in the Apt and she's been busy trying to figure out WTH but she's fine

Actually, Menifee is where Dave's brother lives.
