House is about 3000 Sq Feet, Beaumont was 3450
Bonus room aka Game Room will be where the Dinning Room would be, still will have 2 guest rooms and C-6 will still have his Lab as he refers to it where he built Amps etc, I won't have a formal Living Room but do get the lil what they call Flex Room you see up there off the great room. Not sure what I will do with it yet possible Bar lots of wall space in this home for artwork looking forward to figuring out where everything will land

Looks good Gina, nice. That is quite an elaborate truss system on the upper roof and walls, should be pretty strong for heavy winds ? Stucco walls work nice in your climate, they try to use it in our area too but it really works best in your climate zones. All the best with the new place.

It all looks good, Mom. When to you think you'll move in? How's the weather in Menifee in the summer? https://www.google.com/search?q=meni...client=gws-wiz Looks hotter than La Crescenta, but maybe not Beaumont. BTW, we're off to Big Bear for 4-5 nights the Friday after next. You guys should come up, and visit. Same place. https://www.bigbearcoolcabins.com/bi...ntals/teewinot

Thanks and yeah similar to Beaumont but doubt we'll ever see any snow, we've been told Aug 17 so then or sooner if they should get ahead of schedule.

Have fun up there, we were up at Arrowhead a few weeks ago but didn't go over to BB, if we decide to drive up I'll text ya.

Defiantly seeing changes as now our fence is complete and we saw fixtures up yesterday and door & cabinet hardware on no counters yet but think they'll be next & appliances then I think the wood flooring goes in last as they don't want it getting F ed up , this new wood will be much more durable than the last one we did 9 years ago. I went from dark to a light color though
Met a Patio cover guy yesterday to start to get a plan on the yard stuff.
