Thanks, Robb. The whole house is now oak floor, several styles added over the years since 81. Molly's on older peg and groove, FloJo's on newer style.

I think Chimkn sammiches are a great way to get fried chimkn flavor in your mouth hole. However, the other thing going on is that chicken has a lower carbon footprint that moo-moo, and more diets (religious, etc.) allow for chimkn instead of moo-moo. More places trying for more chimkn sangwishes.
