Michael do you know that my Dad used to make his own Italian Sausage! I used to help him and it was so gross cuz you do know what the casing is right????
well if not its Pigs intestins (I know I spelt that rong) Really it comes in a lil platic tub like a margarine tub and its all coiled up then he would blow into it to open it up
and hook it to the sausage machine for the meat to go into! OK now noones gonna ever eat sausage again SORRY
You really dont notice it much or taste it but thats how its made!My Dads was the best cuz he allways used the best PORK BUTT
Not too much fat I mean!
Lot O fennel seed though thats the key!
