RB I have a ? for ya, since your the EXPERT on telescopes
I had thought I wanted to bring our like 100 year old one I had given C-6 upon graduation from SJS many
's ago along to Joshua Tree know ing it was a clear day and would be night. The
's there are AMAZING as there are NO
's anywhere in the park's vast acerage
Well turns out digging it out we discovered it had parts missing from where it attaches to the tri-pod thingie
Might be possible to replace but if not what would you recommend for a starter / amateur to purchase & keep in mind size as throwing it into the RV should not be a Lg Task
? & yeah not one that would co$t a ton since it won't be in use tooooooooo often

I need to see photos of the scope from different angles, including the bottom, the tripod, and any tripod mount pieces.

C-6 has already packed it back up & put in the closet but I will try to get it out and text a few
's over soon, meantime if you think of any suggestions for a new entry level one put them in here
If you want to use your existing telescope and tripod, this mount will do it:
