well... the reasoning behind that strange ritual goes as follows:

1. ur buddy comes over and says "hey i just got some heady kush from my boy up north (usually mendo or yumbolt)"

2. then u say "thats funny cuz i just clean my piece (usually a 3 foot dual chamber perculotor tobacco waterpipe named duplex)

3. ur buddy replies "awesome, u load up the water and i ll queue up entourage on the tivo"

4. hour later "OMG, i am hella hungry, wuts open?"

5. "jack and in and out"

6. "jack is nasty, lets roll to in and out"

7. u arrive at in and out, ur friend goes "d00d, i am far too blasted to go inside and deal with the public, lets just go to drive thru"

8. you agree and get ur food.

9. ur buddy goes "damn fool, i cant wait to go all the way home to eat, lets just eat in your car"

10. you say "i was just thinkin the same thing"

11. as you bite into ur double double ur thinking to urself, goddamn i love america, where else on earth can u smoke a bunch of reefer and eat fast food without ever having to get out of your car!
