QUIKIE'S CORNER!!!

 

Quik-I just got my S back from the bodyshop, and the paint doesn't match well unfortunately, so I have to take it back and blend it into the fender. Good news, the fitment on that bumper was awesome, except for where it meets the fender next to the hood. More bad news, according to painter who is my good friend, who also swears by urethane, said this is the worst urethane piece he has ever seen. It was a terrible finish, and the urethane was porous so it just sucked up paint and clearcoat. Again, I am glad I know this guy, or else this may have kept me from getting my S/C and Big Brake Kit. Overall, it is an alright piece, little disappointed because $425 is a little much for this quality of urethane...but the look is awesome. Makes it worth it in my mind.

Yeah, that is BS. Mine took some prepping but was the worst of the batch. I am now getting samples of the product before I sell to people. At least I know the CF stuff is good.

Also, I plan on getting a Veilside CF Style Tonneau to test fit for my S. Those should be on E-bay as soon as I get mine.

 

It's not BS, I saw it myself, and it was poor quality, but it was made up for with PERFECT fitment. I am not complaining anymore, I was a little disappointed then, but fine now. I'd recommend you to others, so don't worry.

 

No I mean this is BS, not your word on it. I was told that I got the crap one of the bunch and no one else has complained. That even the one on their S was good. Like I said. Never more.
