I already did.was remediated, with all soil with all significant concentrations of aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbon volatile organic compounds, including oxygenates, removed by exploratory excavation with a long reach excavator, transported under manifest, and disposed of at a state-licensed landfarm disposal facility, with confirmation soil sampling from the excavation sidewalls and bottom and laboratory analysis. The soil will be bioremediated onsite in a dedicated cell and the owner will be given a "hold harmless" statement relieving him/her of any further liability for that soil. It will be recycled as construction fill material.
