It's not within the purview of my duties, but yes, we have to file with CUPA.

We have two EPA IDs We don't want our flux and solder moving across the street without licensed transporters (with their manifests).

That's good, 8D. Keep your respirator, Tyvek overalls, steel-toe boots, and Nitrile gloves handy.
