After I sold my last company to Jacobs Engineering I had to stay for five years as an employee to get my money. I spent a lot of time at Jacobs' Mountainside, NJ office and condo selling and building cogeneration systems. I even joined a gym in Cranford.

They chose that site because it was close to Newark Airport. I spent a lot of time at that airport. I had to sleep on the floor all night there once when weather caused cancellation of a bunch of flights.
