A lots changed in that used to be lil town I moved to at age 1 from DC
My parents home cost 15K bout 60 years ago
we sold it 14 years ago OR I should say RacerChick
ed the SOLD sign on it Price $550 K
House next door to it sold several years later for 1. 2 MIL
these are very simple one story homes that had NOT been re-done 
A lot of the techie's pay TOP $ without blinking an eye.
Brians area is a nice one many memories in that neighborhood
The area I grew up in used to be Walnut Groves etc now you'd be lucky to find a patch of dirt a yard wide
