Cabo San Lucas, OTOH, is way, way overbuilt (with infrastructure, like the sanitary sewer system, lagging hopelessly behind).

On the east coase, Debbie used to go down to Puerto Aventuras every year till her health wouldn't allow it. We have a friend down there that owns a restaurant.
She said it was nice, I have never been.
I never get to go anywhere...
