Many years ago, I was going out with a girl called Rachel. She had this habit of being really, really bossy. On Christmas day I visited her house just in time for everyone opening their presents.
She was really excited because she had one present and one card off me. I told her to open the card and save the present for later. She ignored me and opened the present in front of her parents, both sets of grandparents and two sisters.
I'd bought her a 6 foot long cat o nine tails whip from a sex shop. She was mortified. Her family though it was very funny, although she didn't talk to me for a good few hours.
(Inside the card was Sheryl Crow tickets).
