Mike, you're encroaching on my territory. I may need to come up with a proper test regimen. You, naturally, will be my first choice to execute the tests.

WSB, are you going to create a DFMEA that links directly to your ADVP, following all appropriate APQP formats?

Bit late for a DFMEA.

I'm not big into anything that requires an acronym... I'm more of a pass/fail type. My thoughts were an experienced paddle operator (where mike comes in), about a dozen paddles, and a slew of young ladies (18 or older ) dressed as school girls. With me supervising and doing post paddling inspections, of course.

As a program manager, I live in the acronym world So, of course, I will expect full documentation of pre- and post-testing subjects, including pictures, in your reports

Engineer-speak, Ricerbabe. It's rather impossible for non-dorks to comprehend, and unrewarding to learn.

For what it's worth, it took all of a 1/2 second for me to figure your acronym out.

<-- uber dork

And to further my dork status... I was trying to teach a non-engineer friend who to win at connect 4... everyone thinks it's such a simple game!
