After we get the VIN # assigned by the CHP then it will be INSURABLE & goes to get the BAR ( http://www.bar.ca.gov/pubwebquery/Ve...PubTstQry.aspx )
Smog Exempt as they allow the owner to choose either the Year of the Body Style OR the Year it was built
1957 Body Speedsters are Smog Exempt 
then back to DMV & signed off!
