Busy, but getting settled in.

Sorry I mssed ya at the HIN, but I had to get my but to Annapolis.
I'll be back in Baltimore around November 4th for a day. If I have time, maybe we can do another HH!

He says that you missed a payment, so he is no longer contractually obligated to be in a friendship with you.

He also says that if you wish to re-enter a friend-based relationship with him, you must submit an application for a permit to befriend, along with appropriate fees no later than October 15th, to the comittee.

Please allow 6-8 weeks for disapproval.
