Amateur...try rent at Robyn's place, mortgage at my place, car payment, first 2 paymenst to the floor guy, first 2 payments to the wall guy and getting ready to put a deposit down with a roof guy in the next week...not to mention $1k in miscellaneous expenses at Lowes in the last 3 weeks...
