I should be signing the agreement for the block of rooms at the Liberty Inn today or tomorrow.

We'll be having them hold 12 single king rooms and 13 double queen rooms for the two nights. The reason the block is that large is that I'm accomodating the s and our various other families and friends in the same hotel. The good news is that all the other guests have a low opinion of us already, so having you all nearby can't damage their opinions all that much...

I'll post up the final details in the first post once everything for the hotel is finalized...

I'm sure we'll register other places, too, but that's what we have for now...

 

The pricing for the rooms should be about a 15% discount off their regular rates. This should work out to around $85 plus tax for the king rooms and $93.50 plus tax for the double queen rooms.
