I'm going over to the hotel this afternoon to sign the papers to setup the room rate. I will post the final details in the first post of this thread when I have confirmed everything.

 

 

Went over to the hotel to sign the papers and there was an error she had to go fix. I still set up the pricing...it just needs to be tweaked.

If you call the Liberty Inn to book a room for 12 and/or 13 May, just reference the Murphy/Shalikashvili wedding party and you should get your discount. If they quote you prices higher than what I posted they should be, please let me know ASAP.

I will hold off on updating the first post in the thread until I have confirmation from the hotel on the prices for the various rooms and have actually signed the final papers...but you can go ahead and call anytime.

The discount for the rooms will be good for bookings done between now and April 30. After that, you're on your own...
