I'll check on it......
So, looks like we're wiggling the actual wedding date around a bit, so it'll probably be on a Friday afternoon/evening rather than on Saturday. Hopefully this won't be TOO big a deal.
What's the latest head count of you wackos (and significant others) that are planning to be in the area and would like to be at the wedding and/or reception?
Brant--
idea on having the ceremony/recp on a Friday. Good way to save a few bucks (I know-I'm in the business). You/Robin should ask your photo/dj/video/officiant/cater/cake person for a discount since your wedding is going to be on a Friday--at least 10% off.

It's not really about saving a few bucks (that's a pleasant side-effect), but rather what we have to do to get the reception venue we want.
It's possible that Gina's kid will do some of the photo/video work and I'm sure he'll give me a fair deal if we go with him.
We're already saving a bundle on flowers since Robyn is a florist by trade and she'll be ordering all the flowers herself and splitting the arranging work with someone she knows that is also in the business.
Add to that that the chapel will be either cheap or free and we're sitting pretty...

'preciate the advice. Don't mean to seem like I'm blowing off the advice, it was just not the primary reason for the decision. It IS a pleasant side effect, though.
