Now that I've insulted Leddy, it's time to dangle the carrot...

Want to design a 8-900 square foot one bedroom, one story "mother-in-law" cottage for the side yard? Exterior would be a similar to that of the main house.

Inside would need a bedroom (to currently be used as a storage room), a bathroom, full kitchen space (to currently hold a commercial 3-door flower cooler and 3-4 sinks), as well as a living/dining space (currently to be used as floral design/sales space).

 

Oh yeah...and the whole thing should be accessible and have a good sized front porch for lounging or serving coffee/pastries...

 

In essence, I'm talking about a "commercial" space that could be relatively easily converted into lodging if needed.
