Smoked Pork Ribs, Texas Style Ranch Beans, Green Salad, Potato Salad, Fried Okra, Cornbread, Corn on the Cob, Watermelon and Ice-Cream.

Anything by Deschutes Brewery.

You'll need at least one lighter beer, and one heavier beer.

Lighter beers for BBQ: Warsteiner, Cascade Ale, Mirror Pond Pale Ale, Czechvar Pilsner (available at Trader Joe's)

Heavier BBQ beers: Any decent IPA, Black Butte Porter, Guiness

Really depends on your sauce and rubs. . .
