Personally, I'm a bit more of a titanium fan over CF. I like the "steel-like" ride qualities of titanium.

My top pick would be the Seven. My second favorite, though CF, would be the Colnago for the simple fact that it's a Colnago and what cyclist WOULDN'T lust after a Colnago.

As for wheels, I'm not a total weight weenie and I prefer some durability for my coin. I have found the Velocity Aerohead rims to be nearly indestructible...and still rideable even AFTER they've been taco'd! They're not the lightest, but they spin pretty quick and are quite stout for a reasonably weighted wheel.

Just my 2 cents...

Tell her you've already set aside the $100 for that.

Almost the same message but makes her look like the materialistic one.
Brilliant!

there is a Colnago President for sale but it's gonna be $6k. It originally went for $9K.
I am not sure I want to shell out that much money. Trying to save up for a house around here and it's kinda pricey.
Keep changing my mind back and fourth.
If I live in another state, it'd be an easy decision.

It is when you reap the benefits from it later.
