You guys ever see those James Bond movies with the character "Jaws?" That's the image I've got in my head.

I think his choppers were steel.

PB, are you starting winter now? Want some heat? Brutal out here.

Actually, it's been very comfortable here in Massachusetts, except for yesterday and today. Very hot and humid. Serious thunderstorms tonight were keeping my kids up (and consequently me)

Yah, I guess golf season is pretty much a memory for you guys down under, eh?

What'd'ya do for work, Peter? I'm a software engineer, and I seem to be getting addicted to the Corner.

Cool. I'd really like to get out to AU some time. In younger years, I had high hopes to dive the Great Barrier Reef, but doubt I'll ever do it now.

I've lived in Massachusetts most of my adult life, since college years. Grew up in New York, and spent some time out in Silicon Valley (California).

The weather out here can be extreme, which is one of the big problems with this particular region of the US. Days like today, 90+F and 100% humidity, make it tough. Generally, though, I love spring and early summer because of the constant contrast. We have a saying, "if you don't like the weather, wait a minute."

Anyway, time for me to turn in, Peter. Chat with you again soon.

Charlie, if you ever get down here and I'm still here let me know. Great Barrier reef is amazing and the Whitsundays is a must too. Massachusetts sounds great too though. Our weather is pretty crazy too, we often get 4 seasons in one day.

James, I actually read somewhere recently that Sydney is one of the most expensive cities in the world. Real estate is double what it is in Melbourne. The weather isn't much better and we have the better golf courses.
