Breaking SPAM news!
So I'm reading this news feed that's related to my company's industry (wireless semiconductors), when I ran across this story. It's serious, but I just couldn't help but find it amusing ...

How is it that they are passing all these SPAM laws and yet haven't stopped telemarketing. Yeah, spam is annoying, but no where NEAR as annoying as ppl calling me EVERY DAY from 6pm-9pm. These ppl have the nerve to call me when I'm eating dinner or talking long distance with my folks. Come on, how is it that all this manpower is being used on SPAM and yet telemarketing is still around after how many years!!!!!!!! Sorry for the rant, but these ppl have really been annoying me lately. The past year or so I get a few calls EVERY night! grrrrrrrr........

TM: Hello, Is this Mr. RiceBurner?
You: Why, yes, it is! But I am super busy right now. If you'll just give me your home phone number, I'll give you a call back when I'm done.
TM: [sort of shocked, doesn't know what to say] Uh ... well, Mr. RiceBurner, we're not allowed to give out our home phone numbers!!
You: Well that's funny, you have mine!
That usually shuts 'em up.
