Default Buttonwillow Photos

Here's the link to go check out the rest of the photos from Buttonwillow. I didn't take too many, but what the heck.

Nope there were only 5 vettes there but mostly novices. It's so funny (to me at least) how sterotypical the vette owners are. (Middle aged white guys, who probably had Camaros when they were younger. No offense to anyone who doesn't fit that sterotype.)

The Vipers, on the other hand, were kicking some ass and taking names. Only one beat all the s2000 superstars, however.

That was my guess too, but I wasn't sure. I know Erik and krazik were there too...

Hey, guess what?? My company's sponsoring a karting day in Boston next month. There's a place called "F1 Boston," and Software Engineering is going to the track!!!

I'm planning to kick some serious ass!!

#21 is DJ Qube here on the board. He just started doing track events last March (same day as my first day) and he's already in the intermediate group, going faster. Although he did have a bit of an offroad experience that jostled loose a hose of some sort, causing his car to stop working temporarily. Luckily nothing major.

You should come down to Buttonwillow on Nov 15. I think some other Bay Area track rats will be there. (You know who you are, rats.)
