Yeah, house is definately a priority. I've got money in CD's right now that'll be a few years before I can touch them. Those CD's are specifically for getting a house.

If I live anywhere else besides the Bay area, I would have gotten an STi by now but house prices here are insane so I really have to save up....

I figure if I become and "eye surgeon" I could easily afford a house but this seems to be not the case...

 

No, it's their fun cars, my step-dad has 2003 Ford Powerstoke and a 2003 Acura RSX as daily drivers, and my mom has an '02 BMW 325Xi and a 2002 Jaguar X-Type 3.0 as daily drivers.

Yeah, house prices here are great, nothing is selling, so prices keep dropping.

You can only get a little condo for $500,000 around here.
Houses start around $600,000. That's just insane....
Hopefully prices will drop...
