To get into a manufacturer program from UTI (factory training from Audi, VW, Benz, BMW, Porsche, etc.), I can only have 2 moving violations in the last 3 years...

Last night would have been a 3rd.

well, it's only 12 days into the month, so i doubt he was trying to meet quota. he was probably just in the mood to bust some poor schmuck's ass for running a red light, where the next intersection was 5mi away in any direction.

i must say, though, that he did pick a very good spot. it's pitch black so he can easily hide (as i found out)...

i can just see it now: the cop was just sitting there, watching me sit at the light for 3min, just hoping that i'd finally run it. i don't think he got exactly what he wanted though!

 

BTW, I also outran a few of the UTI ricers today, down I-45...

Either way, none of them could pass me... And then when I get all my parts (heads and cam came today, so I'm expecting the rest tonight), I can play with the big boys.
