CANON DIGITAL CAMERAS...CAN'T DECIDE

Gonna go on a spending spree on mon (26th). The following are canon cameras with the price in CAD.

sd400 350
sd450 430
sd500 400
sd550 550

Which one would you pick????? I need something new to replace my aging S300.

they are all basically the same. so get the cheapest. you don't need a million megapixels.
