You're going to have to upload it onto s2ki then...
Click the s2ki start button (top left), then 'Photo Album'. Click 'new image'. Where it says select file, click 'Browse' and find the picture on your hard drive. Then click 'Add Image'. The file should get uploaded.
Then, in the message composing screen, there's a big button labeled 'Insert Photo From Your Albums'. Clicking on that will popup a window with your pictures in it, just click the one you want...
