Is the Tiga fast? Oh heck yes - it's as fast as the shifter kart almost, just doesn't beat the crap out of you like a kart does. With the short gears in it, I'm hitting 4th gear on most courses, 80 mph or more

Is the check engine light off?

John, your instructor, felt really bad about that last run with you... He's such a cool guy, but I guess he got you rattled. If it matters, he was saying to me that he thought you were really doing well and that he was encouraging you to be faster.

I, on the other hand, was a slow poke through most of Sunday, but Monday...

 

Oh yeah, Joe cleared it for me and it was driven hard after that and never came back on.... John was such a great instructor, seriously

 

Monday night, I had dinner with Skip, John, and George (gfacter). We had a great time. They're all really awesome. Bummer about Skip's car, but he seemed to have the whole thing in perspective.

Oh, and John gave me a couple of vinyls for my car. A number 5 for both doors, and a really cool Honda badge for the rear valence.

 

Was he wearing capris?

I photographed it in detail. A couple of other folks did too.

I promised Skip I'd send him the photos directly though to do with as he wishes. I really don't want him to feel any worse about it.
