that in yo hood?
thing is, i live in Middletown Crossing, but only half that development was built by a 'good' builder, the other side has nothing but problems and lawsuits against the builder
asdf
Here's the nicest developments (location wise) in my area
Middletown crossing - it's split in two, half was handler built
the other half ryan built (haha)
The legends - sits on a BEAUTIFUL golf course, friggin HUGE houses, awesome builder (forget the name), but the development is out of the way (like 10-15 mins from my house AWAY from civilization. Think 15 min drive just to reach fast food or a grocery store.
Willow Grove Mill - Shitty lying builder, but nice location (just off Rt1)
Long meadow - Established community (oldest of the new), decent homes, just strangely built (no composites, copper pipes, 2x12s joists)
There are two developments that i'm missing, one is awesome (behind the super G) the other sucks large man meat.
